Delivery Methods & Costs
Flamingo offers free delivery on all orders over $80 USD. The shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the delivery address. See table below for time and costs:

You can track your order online using the link to check the detailed status of your package, which you will receive in the shipping confirmation email from the courier company.
Will you not be home on the day of delivery? Don't worry, the courier will make a second delivery attempt.
You will receive your order at the address you have chosen, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 20:00.
The messenger will ask for the person who has placed the order. If you will not be at home to receive your order, don't worry, the courier company will make a second delivery attempt.
A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made, after which the product will be returned to our warehouse. If you were absent at the time of delivery, the courier company will call you to notify you. For this reason, it is important that you provide us with a contact phone number.
For national deliveries, we use Zeleris. For international orders, we use DHL.
Customs and Taxes
If your order passes through customs, Flamingo is not responsible for any additional costs this entails. All applicable customs and import duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries may require additional fees. These fees are paid to the local company and are not collected by Flamingo. This does not apply within the European Union, as there is no type of duty or tax between member countries.
We ship all our products, according to product availability, from the warehouses we have in Colombia, Mexico or Spain.
