Returns and Exchanges
Yes, any item purchased from Flamingo through our online store (www.flamingosun.com) may be returned within a maximum period of 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
Please bear in mind that the cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item has been received and the return has been authorised and approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount to be returned back to the same payment method used. The amount you will receive is the cost you paid for the product minus the cost of shipping.
Important: The amount will be reflected in your account within a period of 14 working days from the date you receive the confirmation email.
If you bought your glasses from a physical store, you have to go back to the store to make the return. There they will tell you how to proceed.
In order for Flamingo to accept an exchange or refund, the following requirements must be met:
1. The product must be returned in perfect condition
2. The product may only have been used for trying on to test it.
3. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, retaining the original labels, packaging, stickers, cloths and/or other items contained.
4. If the product is not returned together with its original packaging, it will suffer a depreciation which will be reflected in the refund.
Any product that is purchased during sales periods or promotions will only be returned for the reduced amount, never the original price.
In the event that a gift is returned, the refund for the return will be made back to the credit card used to pay for the merchandise.
If a return is rejected, the customer will have 2 months to collect their order from headquarters, with the customer bearing the collection cost. If the order has not been collected within this period, it will be donated to an NGO.

Yes, to exchange a model from Flamingo, you must first return the item you wish to exchange and then buy the model you want.
If you bought your sunglasses from a physical store, you have to go back to the store to make the exchange. There they will tell you how to proceed.
