To do this, when you are at the online checkout, you will need to select "Pick up at a Flamingo store" before making the payment. Please note that this service is free for purchases over €60 for shipments within the European Union. Of course! The lenses of our Flamingo sunglasses have a UV400 category 3 protection filter which protects against 100% of ultraviolet rays and is approved by the European Union. Some of our models also have a polarised filter, which helps avoid eye strain by reducing the sun's reflections off water, snow and metal surfaces. Purchasing Process

About an hour after having placed your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. This email is proof that your order has been received. In the case that you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Customer Service.

Once your order has been prepared and processed in the warehouse, our courier company will send you an email with your tracking number. You should wait a few hours to check the status of your order. Take into account that the courier company takes a few hours to enter your tracking into the system and that it only works on weekdays.

Modification or cancellation of an order

For technical reasons, it is not possible to modify an order once it has been made. However, it is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet left our warehouse. Once cancelled, you can make a new order with the desired items. To do this, it is necessary to send an email to our Customer Service team with your name, country of residence and order number. Once you have cancelled your order, your money will be refunded (in the same form the payment was made with) in the next 14 business days.

Don't worry, if the Flamingo glasses you received have a factory defect, we'll take care of everything at no additional cost to you. To do this, we need you to send us a photo of the defect to our Customer Service department cs@flamingosun.us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Yes, purchasing at Flamingo is 100% safe.

You can pay for your order using the following payment methods: PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Flamingo does not save any date regarding your payment method.

 

The rejection of a payment could be due to a few different reasons. In this case, it is best to ask your bank directly. It is often possible to resolve the issue quickly. Alternatively, you can try using another method of payment. If your payment is still being rejected after trying different payment methods, please contact our Customer Service team. Note: For credit card payments, after three failed attempts your credit card will be blocked on our website for 24 hours, in order to avoid fraud. After 24 hours, you can use your card again to purchase from our online store.

 

Product Care

Although our sunglasses are high quality and resistant, we recommend not leaving them face down nor leaving them without their case, as otherwise the lenses could get scratched or suffer some deterioration.

For cleaning, it is best to use a soft microfibre cloth like the one that comes with the glasses in their packaging, in addition to always using the protective cover to carry them.

 

We recommend that you avoid leaving your Flamingo glasses for too long in direct sunlight or high temperatures.
